YOU DON'T SETTLE - - YOU GET A REFUND

If you do not settle on your home due to the Seller reneging on the sale of agreement you signed with your Realtor and do not purhcase another home, you receive a full refund of the cost for the basic home inspection.  If you purchase another home, you get 10% off that next  home inspection.  Of course, costs for special tests involve laboratory fees that are not reimbursable.
